Pros
Great Insurance, great quarterly incentives. 1 week paid vacation after a year. 3 personal days. You are responsible for your own attendance so no need to leave an excuse just say I'm not coming in period.
Cons
Upper management never seems to be around but expect the work to magically be done. Warehouse manager looks homeless. No resolutions are given to problems. Management would rather pretend a problem doesn't exist instead of fixing it. There is no trust between management and employees. Open door policy with privacy is a joke! Pay doesn't match the responsibilities given.
