Directors are responsible for making sure the accounts (sites) are doing well. Most of this is reliant upon whether or not the customer is happy. If you are lucky enough to have a good customer, then life is great. If not, then the customer can complain to the Director. The Director can then either support his/her staff or throw them under the bus. What do you think a Director will do that wants to keep this customer from calling his boss???
