      Pros

      Great benefits! Very stable and can move up very quickly if you put in the work.

      Cons

      Upper management shows favoritism pretty often. Forced to do overtime just to quiet others. No standards so the associates run the facility. If the associates don't like you they complain and get supervisors out the door without any investigation.

      Good money for the amount of hours worked

      Cons

      Micro managed even though you’re not in the same state. Management is terrible and the union is no help to there employees, geared more toward employer.
