Great work-life balance; lots of authority and responsibility; competitive pay and flexible work hours. The over-all team is collegial and cooperative.
Cons
Management is a bit scattered; seems like every few months there is a new shiny ball that attracts management's attention. Decisions can seem arbitrary at times and direction can often change. Management seems overly concerned with "make work"
