      Pay is ok, benefits are ok. Everything else UGH! If you can't say anything good, Don't say anything at all.

      Cons

      Management thinks they are above regular employees. Look down on everyone. Favortism is everwhere. If you are friends with management you will not have to do anything. Promote people that have been there 2 months over people there 7 years.
