Lack of appreciation and value of employees - Lift Truck Operator DHL Supply Chain Employee Review

Management lacks appreciation and value of employees starting from the top. They do not take employees opinions in consideration. They lack at instilling culture and value. For a refrigerated warehouse it's a mess and unsanitary. Wasteful of product handling. Open food exposed. Boxes and product stuck in the racks that have become moldy. Only cleaned up before a big inspection and sweep everything under the rug. Lack of safety training of new hires. A new hire was let go on his own after 2 weeks of training on the forklift smashed his foot severely. A month later at the other building another incident of the same injury. New hires worry about making productivity "rate" and are careless because of this.
