      You are sort of treated with respect. You will get your annual raises. Plenty of overtime during peak season.

      Cons

      Bad equipment makes it hard for you to work efficiently. Mandatory overtime especially on the weekends during peak season. Favortism. If you have an issue with management, it's swept under the rug. Bad management.
