Managed poorly and lack of true accountability. - Inventory Control Clerk DHL Supply Chain Employee Review

Poorly managed actually. No accountability or follow through on that accountability. Favoritism among supervisors. Very unprofessional among managers and supervisors. The supervisors and managers are paid a lot and don't do their jobs in a professional matter or honest matter. For example, if the client, Nokia just knew how they actually didn't follow the work instructions, they wouldn't be happy. They need to write the work instructions to actual work process instead of hiding things when the auditors come around. Did a wall to wall audit and immediate management team cheated and did not follow full process. Leads don't know how to talk to their employees correctly...very unprofessional as well.
