Pros
Getting time off is easy and the management from warehouse to warehouse is solid. Not all but some of the customers you work for are extremely reasonable and are willing to let us do what we do best, save them money and run the most efficient operation we can. Compared to the customer run operations, Exel gets it and knows how to manage labor effectively.
Cons
You need to know people in upper management to get ahead and move up. Being in one of their campus environments is a must if you want to grow within the company. If you are secluded in a warehouse in the middle of no where than you are more than likely going to be waiting to move up to your desired position since you will be taking a back to seat to someone with more exposure and contacts with upper management.
