Pros
Some co-worker are good team mates. You do stay busy either on the machines or forklift. Company uniform. And at times the company will give holiday meals. The 3 days on 3 days off is nice. You can make a good living, but you have to work ALOT of overtime to do it.
Cons
Pay is very low. Company wants you to learn and preform more duties, but keep your pay low. No advancement unless your buddies with management. If you want long hours with very little pay. Exel is for you.
