Terrible - Materials Handler DHL Supply Chain Employee Review

Nearly impossible to move up in the company. HR department seems to only benefit the management, and does not help regular associates. Pay is very low for the position, and the cost of living raises are based on surrounding companies that have nothing to do with logistics, and the companies that are logistics based are ignored and not brought up. Constantly mandated overtime with very short notice.
