Business Outlook
Pros
Education and training at times is good. Friendly and hardworking middle management. Great processes in place and is a very well structured company. Good with working on cost saving initiatives with customers which makes customer relationships work well, good for networking.
Cons
No real succession planning, hires to many graduates for middle management roles to keep the costs down and doesn't lift employees well. Often not well resourced, runs very lean. Pay increases are difficult to obtain. Pay below market value which isn't offset by other initiatives or incentives. Not overly innovative, plays safe.
