Pros

You have a job to go to instead of having nothing. I have nothing else to say about the company.

Cons

They don't care about you or your family. They show no sympathy, you get docked for everything. If you have an emergency and have to leave work weather it's your kids or a family member you will get an accurance for that. NO SICK TIME!!! You don't get a raise because they say your at the max already. They will have you thinking you will be getting a raise or have the opportunity to but its just a hype to get you to stay.

Pros

Steady full-time work, decent pay, and several years of warehouse and order-selection experience.

Cons

During my years at this facility, I experienced ongoing workplace problems that I believed included harassment, discrimination, and unfair treatment. I reported serious concerns to management and human resources, but I did not believe they were handled properly or consistently. Near the end of my employment, I was told not to clock in after giving notice and dealing with approved medical and leave-related issues. I have pursued formal legal remedies concerning my treatment.
