Great place If you are a LTOs looking for job. Benefits (medical, dental and vision), they have classes but they are never available, the site does not have money to spend on classes.
Cons
This company is very good promising, but very poor in fulfilling the promises. Bad place if you looking for management position. This company usually recruit college graduate to work as supervisors and when an inside job opens they do everything possible to hold you in your position. The reason is that your boss need to approve the internal application and if he or she believe that their operation will be on risk they block the internal application process. The on-boarding process and human resource support is horrendous and salaries are not competitive considering the market around.
