Pros
Colleagues and Customers. Working on complex customer solutions. The benefits were a mix; decent 401k with immediate vesting and somewhat ok medical plans.
Cons
Disengaged leadership with no interest in developing relationships with their teams. No assigned holidays like most US-based companies though one was still required to use PTO for days like Memorial or Labor Day.
