Pros
Team was very friendly and helpful. The hospital is expanding rapidly, so there's no shortage of work. High turnover yields plenty of opportunity for upward mobility if you can hack it.
Cons
The work/life balance isn't always ideal - you're often asked to juggle multiple "priority" tasks at once, so communication with your supervisor is key. You'll work long hours. Senior management is extremely demanding, and often with very little forewarning.
