HQ is in Europe which sometimes causes a delay in response time and logistics.

Haven't been here long, still kind of in the honeymoon phase so I may definitely see more pros than cons. Really love working here *The people are great, and come into work in good spirits. *Management are flexible and (at least in my position) I am given the ability to make the decisions I see fit *Projects outside of my "job description", chance to learn a lot and contribute in other ways *Flexible start/end times *Open communication, if you have an idea that will help solve a problem/improve an aspect of the business it will be heard by management *Benefits are fantastic

*I don't consider it one, but if you aren't willing to help with tasks/projects outside of what's in your job description you might not thrive here (probably position dependent)
