      -Decent health & safety -Decent wages -Nice enough co-workers -Plenty of breaks -Plenty of parking space -Radio helps to alleviate the monotony -Reasonable hours

      Cons

      -If you do not speak Polish or Romanian it can often be difficult to socialise whilst working, which emphasises the waste of resources that the industry is -Long periods of standing in some roles can cause back pain -Monotonous work

      No pros in my opinion

      Cons

      They expect you to be there until 6:30 pm, working conditions are dangerous. Low pay for 50 hours of work per week. Upper management is misogynistic, rude, and cannot communicate. Leadership is emotionally immature.
