Decent team building from leads and management New store openings are the best experiences, especially starting fresh in one Reasonable dress code standards based on dept Great experiences if you maximize certifications and specialties, ie Adv Bike Technician Most customers are pretty good people, just always fulfill what you offer or you could get in trouble
Cons
Insufficient employee discount, customers tend to get better with coupons and rewards certificates Lack of advanced scheduling (2 weeks at best, less than one week likely) No remote access to schedule short of calling or visiting(at least during my time, plenty of corp claims to release ability, no follow through)
