Pros
Loved working with people and helping them get what they need so this job was perfect. Several perks were also nice such as small rewards and the associate discount.
Cons
I have worked there for 6+ years and haven't moved up without getting demoted. 20 cent raises only come around once a year. I have had bad experiences with several managers and having consistent hours. Full time is considered to be 30 hours so don't expect to get more than 20 hours a week. Also, expect random cuts in hours and then managers not telling you that they changed or cut your schedule.
