Pros

As long as time-off is requested 2 weeks ahead of time, your request is granted. Fun, energetic, atmosphere For all of you athletes; ESPN all day every day. You never mess a big game in any sport! Sales are easy to make and often enjoyable; however, you receive no commission. Great Deals on equipment and clothing. Not the greatest golf clubs to purchase and try out, but definitely not the worst! Decent starting pay out of college.

Cons

Takes time for advancement. Managers are rather unenthusiastic. Upper management could not care less who you are. They are almost entirely emotionless, and very unfriendly. For every $10,000.00 you make the company, you will be paid around $300-$411; at times you will earn the company this amount in a two day span... The only great deal you get on merchandise is during clearness events.
