Pros
Great company with motivational goals, great benefits, luxurious office perks (dry cleaning, gym, food court style cafeteria, etc.). The company always seems to be growing, ever expanding.
Cons
You won't get promoted if you didn't start in the MTP program. Director levels and higher don't care to understand what is really required of teams' daily tasks, or what it takes to perform said tasks. You ask for help, it will not be given, and it will reflect in the margins - and then they'll raise the margin goal and still won't give you help to meet that new goal.
