Pros
You do get access to discounted products that you can't find discounts on otherwise.
Cons
Everyone hates their job. When you have salaried managers that are only getting paid for 40 hours, working 55 plus a week and frequently coming in on days off "just to get stuff done" that's never a good environment to foster success. When the leaders are miserable, the rest of the staff follows. Not to mention, when another district manager visits and tells you that your department should have a minimum of 60 hours available during a slow week (yourself for 40 hours and another employee for 20) and your getting rushed out the door yourself at 35 hours a week and getting griped at about the "state of your area" is a little disheartening. You're setting up your store to fail when you cut that much out and expect everything to still get done.
