Pros

Can be a very fun enviroment to work in. Company has a lot of contests that are attainable. Fast Paced enviroment with constatn change each week and month and year. Management pay is highly competitive and so are the benefits Great advancement opportunities. Company is always changing and trying to better itself. Company is driven to make reporting easy for management to read and understand Corporate buyers and team are always looking for feedback from store management Company spends money on upkeep of store to make sure they are fresh and clean Stock incentives Discounts and cetting edge new golf product

Cons

Senior Management sometimes sets goals at unachievable levels and timeframes. Payroll lacking in order to give customer service as needed Bonus is lacking compared to other companies Guidance is usually opposite from district leadership, to Regional and then Corporate staff Highly Loss Prevention driven and focused company, sometimes a little overboard. Shipping from DC's can incur quite a bit of shrink and no control by store, but all accountability. Lack of training for management staff leads to high turnover.

Pros

Employee Discount Opportunity to provide customers an experience in which they can be confident in buying a new shoe for style, function and support-related reasons. Great selling tools, devices and display fixtures to work with

Cons

This is not really a con since I believe it is an important part of the job. Newer and current workers may need to keep up up to date and do research on products in order to be able to help customers effectively and efficiently.

Pros

- Unlimited PTO with 401k match is awesome

Cons

- Performance expectations were often unclear or inconsistently communicated, Feedback was reactive instead of timely and actionable. - Leadership quality varied dramatically by manager, with limited coaching or mentorship. - Constant shifting priorities without adjusting expectations or workload. - Psychological safety was lacking, Honest communication feel risky. - Leadership messaging around culture didn't match day-to-day reality. - Process was often valued more than impact or results. - Compensation well below market, w/little flexibility during negotiations. - I felt excluded from key conversations and opportunities that were important to my success.
