Pros

Great place to work as a college student if you like helping customers and working with a team. Many departments to work in and many employees to work with. I made several friends over the years and got to know several managers. Great place to build workplace relationships and professional connections for the future. If you like helping customers and being a social butterfly, it's a great place to work as a college student.

Cons

Pay isn't great, close to or just over minimum wage. Management is switched around often, which didn't used to be the case. I liked managers that worked with me for several years. Some managers aren't so nice and when it comes to promoting, they play favorites and don't always promote people that deserve promotions or are next in line for a promotion. Goals and expectations are higher than ever and it became more stressful overtime instead of more relaxed. I wouldn't go back if they begged me. They also tend to over hire and give many employees very few hours, and during slow times of the year, you may be lucky to get 10 hours. Some you may have 4 hours or none if you are part time. Business has been going downhill and so has payroll. Several payroll cuts effected many employees. May also get asked to work doubles or stay late often, as people tend to call out often and because of availability, there isn't anyone to call in on some days.

Pros

Corporate is 10/10. At a large company, every department is different but they value their customers and employees and offer great benefits. Rewarding to work there

Cons

Not much to say. Best employer I’ve had

Pros

- Unlimited PTO with 401k match is awesome

Cons

- Performance expectations were often unclear or inconsistently communicated, Feedback was reactive instead of timely and actionable. - Leadership quality varied dramatically by manager, with limited coaching or mentorship. - Constant shifting priorities without adjusting expectations or workload. - Psychological safety was lacking, Honest communication feel risky. - Leadership messaging around culture didn't match day-to-day reality. - Process was often valued more than impact or results. - Compensation well below market, w/little flexibility during negotiations. - I felt excluded from key conversations and opportunities that were important to my success.
