Pros
-discounts -work with great people -I personally moved up pretty quickly -get to where athletic clothes to work -get to talk about sports all day
Cons
-very unreasonable expectations. They harp on employees about customer service, but on most weekend nights, I'll be the only person in 2-3 departments on 2 separate floors. It's not very possible to provide excellent service when I'm always getting called all over the store. -my hours get cut every week. I moved stores and was promised 30-35 hours a week. I usually get around 20. -store manager is completely disconnected from what is going on in the store. He usually just comes down from his office to tell us to get our numbers up, and rarely offers a positive thought. The other managers seem to understand things better, but it doesn't seem to matter. Cuts hours to get larger bonuses it seems. Doesn't seem right.
