Cons
Terrible management. They will take advantage of you every chance they get and not pay you enough for the job. Every department is understaffed. Big time theft everyday often times multiple in one day. It’s to the point it is an unsafe work environment. The building is infested with rats and management refuses to do anything about it but put down traps. Food and snacks constantly thrown away because the rats got into it. Rat feces everywhere. It’s disgusting. Only time management cleans the store is when the district manager is coming, it’s embarrassing. Managers constantly have snarky remarks when you ask a question over the radio. Makes you not want to ask for help. They think they’re hilarious and call each other nick names over the radio.
