Upper management was awful. The DMs were disconnected from what the true day to day store operations entailed. From an upper management standpoint the company is based on a culture of fear, there is no room for honest dialogue ... hit your numbers or else. All employees, hourly or otherwise, dreaded corporate visits. There is extremely high turnover and no loyalty to management or other employees. Extremely political as far as advancement is concerned with limited room for upward mobility once you have been slotted into a department manager position.
