Great team aspect and managers were aware of their associates, took care to schedule around their needs and were receptive to their concerns.
Cons
When the district manager or regional manager were scheduled to visit, the entire staff of the store would stop their daily tasks and their daily work routines to "clean" and "modify" the store to "appear" as if it were meticulously maintained on a daily basis. However, a planned daily upkeep checklist would have prevented many of the random cleanings we did whenever the top managers would visit - such as dusting nightly or at least bi-weekly, etc.
