Pros

nice friendly co-workers.....can't think of anything else.

Cons

Unprofessional slave driving management. refused to hire enough employees, high turn-over rate, pay rate, advancement, and hours given are based on who sucked up the most. I was often the only associate in the department and when i suggested that there be more employees to improve customer service, I was given a condescending inconsiderate response by the store manager of all people!! Many of the employees are expected to do the impossible and aren't rewarded or even acknowledged when we somehow accomplished it. Crap definitely roles down hill in this company. I also encountered some of the most entitled, stuck up customers out of all the retail jobs that i've had. Run away and run FAST!!!!!

- Unlimited PTO with 401k match is awesome

Cons

- Performance expectations were often unclear or inconsistently communicated, Feedback was reactive instead of timely and actionable. - Leadership quality varied dramatically by manager, with limited coaching or mentorship. - Constant shifting priorities without adjusting expectations or workload. - Psychological safety was lacking, Honest communication feel risky. - Leadership messaging around culture didn't match day-to-day reality. - Process was often valued more than impact or results. - Compensation well below market, w/little flexibility during negotiations. - I felt excluded from key conversations and opportunities that were important to my success.
