Pros

Small discount of 10%, Why even bother.

Cons

1. NO Proform deals. 2. Always asked to run under budget AND send associates to cover other stores out of YOUR budget. 3. No asset protection, told just to let people steal AND THEN return the items for them AND give them a store credit which they're just going to go and sell. 4. My store had 3 entrances but I was only allotted cashier hours for 1 entrance. 5. Literally the dumbest management teams I've ever worked with. Store managers, District Managers, and Regional Managers all completely lost. 6. Should be called "Do it Again sports" You can do a set to plan and then be told that someone doesn't like it and wants you to change it. Then the next higher incompetent manager comes in and says. "do it to plan". 7. Companies Intranet is a joke. You can search for a policy and get 18,000 different pages or documents that comes up. Some are 10 years old, other times you might see 70+ saved revisions of the same document. If you ask a seasoned manger for help even calling a different store or your DM they'll just say "just look on the portal". 8. Your on salary, Expect a 70 hour workweek. 9. Expect to be pulled off your job to cover another weaker managers job functions and possibly even your incompetent store managers roles and responsibilities. 10. Expect to be overworked, burnt out, and still be required to be chipper.

Pros

- Unlimited PTO with 401k match is awesome

Cons

- Performance expectations were often unclear or inconsistently communicated, Feedback was reactive instead of timely and actionable. - Leadership quality varied dramatically by manager, with limited coaching or mentorship. - Constant shifting priorities without adjusting expectations or workload. - Psychological safety was lacking, Honest communication feel risky. - Leadership messaging around culture didn't match day-to-day reality. - Process was often valued more than impact or results. - Compensation well below market, w/little flexibility during negotiations. - I felt excluded from key conversations and opportunities that were important to my success.
