Pros
At the store I was at, management actually cares about the employees. I've worked for multiple retail companies, and this is the only one I can say where management actually had your back. They were very flexible with your schedule, and made it very easy to work around when you were available to work. If an issue came up with a customer, 9 times out of 10, management actually supported you. Adding the DailyPay app to get paid whenever you want helped a lot also. Offering some form of health insurance for part time employees was something I haven't seen many other places, but was a very nice touch.
Cons
Pay could use an increase. I was not a lead of a department since I was part time, and the most amount of money I ever made above minimum wage was $.25. When minimum wage went to $15/hr where I was, I was only making $15.25/hr.
