Pros

Fun place to work at and you get to meet a lot of different people. Also, SOME of the managers are really laid back and cool. The prices of the clothes including discount it great.

Cons

Usually do not do surveys or reviews but decided to do this one. Favoritism, I noticed a lot of the workers there have these little bonds and they'd group up talking about the other workers they say they didn't like or who and who was weird to them. Me personally, if you like to have a cool fun team and enjoy working with people who are great... I wouldn't recommend working at this location. A lot of jobs in life you will experience rude, mean, cocky people who none seemed to never enjoy their time there, and always talk about quitting...which made my first day seem like it should be my last. Sometimes you just have to suck is up if it's paying bills and that is what I learned from working here, but working in retail unless you're a manager you shouldn't have to go in work holding back feelings or feeling like everyone is just straight up jerks!! This job is fun, but the associates were the one acting like the managers when they were no "higher level" than you. Well, I guess I just didn't "fit" in me and the other 2 friends of mine who also decided to leave. I loved the experience this job gave me... just not the people who happened to work there. Last but not least I notice many workers rather do work projects instead of help the customers in need.

Pros

- Unlimited PTO with 401k match is awesome

Cons

- Performance expectations were often unclear or inconsistently communicated, Feedback was reactive instead of timely and actionable. - Leadership quality varied dramatically by manager, with limited coaching or mentorship. - Constant shifting priorities without adjusting expectations or workload. - Psychological safety was lacking, Honest communication feel risky. - Leadership messaging around culture didn't match day-to-day reality. - Process was often valued more than impact or results. - Compensation well below market, w/little flexibility during negotiations. - I felt excluded from key conversations and opportunities that were important to my success.
