Lots of OT available, provided tools, van, and they pay for gas and tolls, you get paid for drive time. good co workers, initial training is to sell YOU on working for the company so they load you up with as many snacks as you like and buy lunch and dinner everyday and put you up in a hotel room GREAT EXTRA benefits, ok health insurance, working outside and not under strict supervision
Cons
Not knowing when you are going to be finished everyday, LOTS OF PRESSURE TO SELL, Management does not seem to care about you as a person. I've seen guys who are injured and they ask them to still perform a route. I also see where the next couple of steps could take me in position, and even the higher paying jobs are not very desireable or pay that much higher to make someone want to climb the ladder
