Pros
The commission structure at the current moment iis really good, cannot complain about the pay. Also the schedule, 4-10hr days, gives you a good work/life balance.
Cons
Im not sure how the other locations are run, but the Pine Brook, NJ CSC is like a zoo! The environment is the most unprofessional place I have ever worked. The "Coaches" (supervisors) are extremely loud and rude. Customers on phone can hear the cursing and yelling in background. And when you ask for them to keep the noise down, they tell you that you were not going to make that sale anyway. The worst benefits plan I have ever seen. The dress code is heavily violated, I thought some of the women were going to the club, not to work. And because of this there is a serious sexual harassment problem there. I've experienced it and from what I have heard its been going on for awhile now.
