Pros

Number one pro is the people you work with. They are a true team and recognize the need to pitch in together and help out to get the jobs done. Second is the technology stack - there is a broad range of wireless, RF and high speed electronics exposure, and employees are encouraged to learn about newly emerging technologies. Finally, and many other reviews have stated this, there really is a great opportunity to launch your engineering career with Dish. Learn how high volume, high quality consumer electronics gets built the right way from the ground up.

Cons

Dish isn't for everyone. Hard work and a willingness to learn new things are par for the course. If you want to keep your head down and fly under the radar, Dish probably isn't going to work for you. I agree the benefits seem to be below average.

Pros

they give free food twice a month

Cons

horrible company, by month 5 i was the most tenured person on my team. we also were required to try and sell to families of people who were deceased instead of cancelling their account. then came starlink. i was never paid for any of my starlink sales or my referral bonus. micromanagement is a huge issue as well and if you cancel more then 2 accounts you essentially get put in time out to stop you from making money for the day. overall the worst large company of this size i have ever worked for. churn and burn type job as you will see they are always hiring.
