Constant abuse, belittlement, burnout, and chaos. Whiplash from impulsive, inexplicable, and rushed changes in direction. Countless corporate "fake it 'til you make it" sociopaths with inflated egos and little-to-no actual knowledge or skills. Hours tracked obsessively like you're a child who needs to be babysat. Absolute delusion and doublethink at all times from senior management. The ship is clearly sinking with a madman at the helm, yet they blame subordinates who are simply doing their best to follow management's orders. At the same time, they're still preaching that they're "dIsRuPtInG iNdUsTrIeS" while everything is clearly collapsing. I still have nightmares about working here many months later. Run as fast and as far from this company as you can.
