Pros

Opportunities to work out of your home are great. Company tools and vehicle along with a phone. Paid training really makes you feel like you are not a number. Free programming,(which seems like it would be understood, considering it costs them nothing to give it too you.)

Cons

Pay is lower than expected ($13.00) for very demanding work as well as being the "Face" of the company. Insurance benefits are terrible for families ($5000 deductible) before anything is covered. Retirement with Fidelity but not much of a contribution from DISH. Corporate addresses questions publicly about technical issues but wants to hide behind closed doors when talking about lack of insurance or problems with scoring systems that effect pay (PI Scores) The illusion of a company that cares.

There's a good opportunity to make GREAT money. Even the base salary is okay.

Cons

I really don't have any. Yes, there are upset people but that's business.
