Wonderful group of people and engineers who create a great working environment with a fantastic culture. Within the first few months of working for DLB, I knew they not only cared about their employees but were dedicated to the growth and development of their staff. Management is kind and always willing to help you grow. The company has competitive compensation and benefits only further proving the dedication to their employees. The work is interesting and engaging and spread throughout many departments allowing for cross development making you not only a better employee but adding to your own resume as well. Overall DLB is a wonderful place to work.
Cons
There are not many negatives to speak of, I really do enjoy almost every aspect of DLB and if I should have any issues or concerns, management and HR are always willing to discuss and remedy the situation. Upper staff is very clear on the development of the company and is always open to discussing and having an open door for questions.
