Pros

The biggest advantage of the company is team - people are amazing here, and they brighten up everyday. One of the best teams I've worked with. Good salary and a lot of benefits that other companies don't offer. Offices are well equipped and comfortable to work, however, employees are also welcome to work remotely if needed. Company is involved in very interesting projects and provides great opportunities to learn. Leadership is great - they listen, support, and let you grow.

Cons

The workload is significant and it can be stressful at times.

Pros

DMC has treated me well. Lots of changes in the org structure however everyone has been transparent and supportive of those of us on site. Mining Industry is in a bit of a down cycle right now but the team is doing its best to retain talent. My management has treated me very fairly, no complaints.

Cons

Work-Life Balance is askew in projects, however that is expected in this line of work.

Pros

The management at DMC are great. The atmosphere is great. I am not micromanaged. I am free to problem solve as I see fit.

Cons

I was not told accurately about the nature of the project. There are few downsides to the position though.
