Don't reccomend - Senior Financial Analyst DMC Mining Services Employee Review

DMC has treated me well. Lots of changes in the org structure however everyone has been transparent and supportive of those of us on site. Mining Industry is in a bit of a down cycle right now but the team is doing its best to retain talent. My management has treated me very fairly, no complaints.

Work-Life Balance is askew in projects, however that is expected in this line of work.

The management at DMC are great. The atmosphere is great. I am not micromanaged. I am free to problem solve as I see fit.

I was not told accurately about the nature of the project. There are few downsides to the position though.
