Pros
Global company and famous machine tool company. you can meet lots of oversea engineer and can join biggest exhibition as participants.
Cons
I don't know headquarter atmosphere, but branch is terrible. imagine mixing each bad thing between local and international!!!!!! Branch has no work system, and nobody doesn't care. so everyone just treats task their own style. if you are fresh employee, you can't learn anything because existing employees also don't know anything!! and they don't want to teach you.
