Pros
great machines, many talented and hard working people.
Cons
Reporting can be a hassle in the field. Too much of an emphasis on logging hours towards jobs, I may be wrong but it seems service managers have pressure on them to make sure service engineers have 100% of their hours logged towards work orders which results in unnecessary forced trips. I believe that more time should be dedicated to training for seasoned engineers while the newer engineers be coupled with the seasoned engineers as much as possible. Instead the apprentice level engineers get all the good stuff while the seasoned guys get , job, job, job, while working mostly by themselves. At least that was my experience, still a solid employer so I'm sure others have had a different experience depending on the office.
