      Pros

      None really did not really have a choice as DMg and Mori merged in Canada.

      Cons

      Management cannot engage with employees. Absolutely no communication. It was far better with Ellison Mori. I think Mori made a big Mistake in this Partenership.

      Pros

      Good coworkers and liked my team, offers good benefits package

      Cons

      Known for not giving out pay increases and is known to underpay within the industry, would rather hire a new employee than give a current staff member a raise
