Pros
The pay and benefits are really good here.
Cons
Unfortunately, the management will constantly micromanage to the point of frustration, while not listening to feedback from their subordinates. At the end of the month, they will cut/burn down whatever bridges it takes to get the product out the door. This also means employees and leadership. For most former employees, the consensus is that "is used to be so much better". But since 2019 the focus has abandoned employee safety and consideration and devoted mainly to "product-out" mentality. To get promoted you have to pass a lengthy and tricky test comprised of 7 subjects (used to be 5). To be honest, I tried many times but could not pass all 7 in the same 2 year span. Though I know how to conduct business and leadership, I was constantly pressured to do more and berated for not achieving the unrealistic goals set by poorly attentive managers who only focus on the end result. So after a few years of this, I could care less about being promoted. I wish I had better things to say. But since leaving this terribly toxic work culture - I have felt better and been healthier overall. When I left, there was no attempt to retain me or any of my fellow alumni. That alone made me feel like all the effort I put in was for naught. You are just another number, easily disposable.
