      Commission checks were great. The commission team is clear and quick to respond.

      Cons

      Management is horrible. Always changing rules and dragging their feet. They want us to make quick moves but it takes days to get a yes/no answer.

      Good coworkers and liked my team, offers good benefits package

      Cons

      Known for not giving out pay increases and is known to underpay within the industry, would rather hire a new employee than give a current staff member a raise
