Pros
Truly some of the best machines on the planet. We saw time and time again the superior machining ability compared to other competition. Focus on making businesses have better ROI with machine purchase, rather then trying to get the deal and then sell parts for the life of the machine. Will go to amazing lengths to keep a customer happy, but it will be at a snails pace. Was truly proud to represent the machine tool, and still believe it to be the best even though I have joined competition..
Cons
Incredibly hard to do business with. No one is allowed to make a decision. Step over dollars to make pennies. Out dated systems. People are worked to their very limit. Us vs them mentality of workers vs company. No trust. Focus on making money rather then helping customer make money. Has lost so many amazing people in the industry to competition in the last 5 years because of continued silly decision making. Management never been in sales and has no clue what they should be doing in a sales company. Marketing team does a great job, but marketing for the company as a whole is very poor compared to other competition.
