Totally unorganized branch doesn't meet minimal requirements for a multinational company like DMG Mori One man show of micromanaging CEO , fraud cases proven , inappropriate transactions is the most polite way to describe a toxic working environment. Small non organized home office , no finance bookkeeping system or records 🤔 ( p.s intentionally to mislead any investigation on fraud , commission gang between CEO & Accounting) . No clear KPI , job descriptions, payout based on common interests rather than performance.
