      Pros

      I have worked for DMI now for over 4 years and it has been one of the best if not the best company I have ever worked for!! Management at all levels at DMI seem to have the employees best interest at heart!

      Cons

      Try to integrate the commercial side of the house better with the Government Sector. Lots of great things happening but maybe not enough sharing between sectors!

      Pros

      They have been good to me. My manager was very good, I am contracted to a state organization to a good team. This is probably the best job I've ever had. I recommend them.
