So value them. # Senior leader managers are so obsessed of showcasing the stuff that they don't care whether they are taking some ones credit or not. # One would do good if you listen to your senior people and don't ask any questions or give any suggestions and work for them and not for company. # You have to sacrifice with your personal life, family time and health in order to fulfill your managers unrealistic timelines to achieve.
